All phone calls placed and received are recorded and used for the training and development of our staff.
Recorded calls are stored securely and can be retrieved and transmitted to clients upon request. This tool
is beneficial for dispute resolution or to fulfill internal quality control and audit requirements for our clients.
Phone calls will be made at varying times throughout the work week until contact is made. Gila Group
can customize the hours of operation to meet a client's needs but will always call in accordance with state and
Federal guidelines.
Skip Tracing
Gila Group utilizes a host of search methods to locate members who have moved or are simply not
responding to regular collections methods. Partnering advanced skip tracing technology with a collections savvy
staff, we are able to locate either the member or the collateral. In addition to our in-house staff, we also use
the following professional industry experts.
Special Services
Repossession is always viewed as the last resort in collections; everyone knows that the creditor faces significant
losses on every vehicle they are forced to repossess. Our goal at Gila Group is to prevent
repossessions at all costs, and we use all tools available to keep the member or customer in their vehicle.
However, when there is no alternative, Gila Group offers full service repossession and liquidation
services through our national database of preferred vendors. Our agents offer the best rates and services based on
the volume of work that we generate so we keep your cost to a minimum and we work closely with auctions and
dealerships to ensure the highest return possible.
Bankruptcy reform has been a hot topic over the last year and there are likely to be more changes to this highly
complex field in the next few months. Gila Group can help manage your bankruptcy accounts by filing
proof of claims, reaffirmations, motions to lift stay while at the same time closely monitoring the docket for any
amendments that may impact your interests.

account collection system created by The Guthrie Phillips Group Inc. GPG, founded in 1990 and based in Vancouver,
Canada, has established itself as a developer and supplier of highly specialized software to improve the bottom lines
of credit unions, banks, and other financial institutions. TopNotch® uses ASP.Net and browser technology to
effectively manage your delinquent accounts. TopNotch® meets the unique requirements of the banking and credit union
environment, where simplicity, security, flexibility and minimum support requirements are crucial.
