Chuck graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois and later earned his CPA Certification in Illinois. He is currently a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas. In 1982, Chuck became Vice President and Controller for a Houston based oil and gas company. He also was an active partner in his own CPA firm, Busch and Busch. In 1988, Chuck started Busch Management Systems (BMS), a unique business specializing in receivables management services for credit unions. He was Chief Executive Officer and Director of BMS until 1997 when he sold his company to Gila Corporation. Chuck accepted the role of Vice President, Client Development, for Gila Group, and concentrates on building solid client relationships within the financial services industry. He is a Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE) and was formerly a Board Member of American Collectors Association (ACA) of Texas.
